Make 5 Dinners in 1 hour Ingredients: Larissa's Ingredients: ( i never really follow the Recipe)
1 onion Onion Flacks
1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts 2 or 3 Chicken Breasts
3- 4oz cans chopped green chilies 1- 4 oz. Chopped Green Chilies (i only had one on hand)
15 oz can pinto beans 1 15 oz. Can Pinto Beans (i'm sure you can use others)
15 oz can diced tomatos 1 15 oz. can Diced Tomatoes
1 t salt Salt to taste
1/4 t cumin Red Pepper Flacks
1/4 oregano A Palm full of Oregano (if it is dried rub for more flavor)
Put Everything in a crockpot/slowcooker and cook on Low for 8 hours or on high for 4. Serve with Homemade Bread (my dad & Husband LOVED IT) Cheese, Sour Cream, Avocado Slices or what ever your little heart Desires.
