I really need to Blog

I've been slacking really bad on my blogs so I'll just do a quick one and then I'll get you all caught up on what our Christmas was like and I'll get some pictures up. so we have decided To get Married On May 9th 2009 in Manti. Our Colors are like the best Bright Orange, Yellow and Pink. I'm stocked about all the planning. But I'll keep you up dated on everything. peace.

2 more days till Christsmas

Sorry I'm such a slacker. With family and work i haven't had time but i guess i can't say much cause my future sister-in-laws have had time to blog while they are visiting. But we have had a fun filled week. we went to a family Christmas Party and mike meet every one on my dads side (minus a few). The Kids lined up for mike to play with them and they all loved him. He even had to sit on Santa's Lap. Sunday we hung with our families and had a birthday lunch with my dad. It was fun to meet everyone i haven't gotten any pictures of all of us yet but i will no worries. On Monday we had FHE with my family. We took Guitar Hero over to my house and everyone was rocking out! Even my mom and dad. it was quite interesting. Now we are just chillin and having a good old time.

Well today is Miss Karina's 12 birthday. that is so weird. i remember when i was turning 12. But Karina is so stinking funny (ask anyone). She is the sweetest thing but can be a brat. She has changed so much in the last 12 years. when she was a baby she was a chunk, a really cute chunk. she had these BIG brown eyes (still has them she just grew into them) that we know my grandma and grandpa Christensen picked out. Now she is little miss skinny and little miss smarty pants. we love her and our lives wouldn't be as exciting with out here. Happy Birthday Rina!

It was so good to see the browns (minus Steve). i missed those guys. I can't wait to see mike and the Terry's on Friday. this week just seems to drag on (like any other week) because mike is gone. But I'll get over it. here is the quote for the day

Mike (sadly) had to go back to work this morning. It's always hard to leave him even more now that we are engaged. But it should be a good week cause everyone is coming home except Kyla :( we are going to miss you a ton. On a brighter note Daisey Frankie Steve and Crystal are going to be here tomorrow :D and then Hannah Emma Russ and Christa will be here Friday and so will Mikey. we have a lot going on so I'll keep y'all updated on things. ENGAGED!!! oh and 11 days till christmas

Mike and I are finally engaged. we are so excited to start all the planning (well at least i am). So everyone has been asking about the story. so here it is with a few pictures.
On Saturday December 13th we went with his family up to Logan to a voice male concert. It was really fun to see Amie and Scott and to laugh and be entertained by Voice Male. We went and ate at the Firehouse (a pizza place up there) then we went to Salt lake. Traffic was horrific. we parked at the Gateway mall. We rode the Trax up to Temple Square and took a carriage ride with his family. It was like the perfect night with all the snow softly falling. Then we went for a walk on temple square we left the group and found a nice quiet place. He told me to reach in his pockets to keep my hands warm and in the pocket was the ring. He got down on his knee and asked me to marry him. I guess i was some what shocked cause i didn't take off my glove. He told me to take off my glove and he put the ring on my finger and i said yes. We walked back to where the family was and told them and started calling my family.

15 days till Christmas! and i'm done with finals!

I love wrapping presents and i love it when there is a ton of ribbon. (i like to play with it). So mike, crystal, and my family look out for very ribbon-ated presents.
